Magnetic workshop tools by Arelec Solution
Temporary supports, welding fixtures, recovery… Magnets provide the workshop with a wide range of services, combining safety and modularity. An attraction is always available, without a power source, without a breakdown.
Our range of
magnetic workshop tools.
A complete range of solutions to make everyday work easier. From small precision tools to lifting and handling equipment, each product is designed to improve efficiency, safety and comfort at the workstation. Adapted to industrial environments, our tools ensure reliability, performance and sturdiness.
Filtration.
Filtration magnets are recommended for removing all iron particles mixed with plastics, fluids, grains, fertilizers or food products. They are particularly attractive from a distance. Discover our filtration on our online shop.
Magnetic bases.
Magnetic bases provide a wide range of services in the workshop. Compact, easy to handle and ideal for a multitude of applications (support, temporary assembly). Discover our magnetic bases on our online shop.
Tool holders.
Magnetic tool holders provide a clean work surface, while keeping objects of various shapes within easy reach. Tools can be hung along the entire length of the bar.
Knife holders.
Knife holders are designed for professionals and are made in France. Thanks to their design, knives are within easy reach, while freeing up the worktop. Some models feature a decorative finish, adding a touch of elegance. Depending on the model, they can accommodate 8 to 10 knives.
Innovation and precision :
the manufacture of magnetic workshop tools.
These various stages enable the production of magnetic tools suitable for a wide range of industrial applications.
Manufacture of raw magnets
Magnets are created from materials such as ferrite, neodymium or samarium-cobalt, depending on the desired performance.
Manufacturing the body of the part
The body of the part is designed to protect the magnet and facilitate its integration into various systems. The insert, meanwhile, is designed for mechanical fastening, depending on the type of support.
Process
Assembly – The magnets are inserted into the body of the part or between two metal plates, then the whole assembly is precisely assembled to guarantee optimum magnetic strength and reliable hold.
Overmolding – The assembly is then covered with a coating to integrate, protect, insulate, assemble and optimize the components in the final part.
