Magnetic cones.
Magnetic cones consist of a magnet sealed inside the plastic cone. They can be used to make reservations without the need to drill formwork, or to eliminate the need to drill metal branches.
Magnetic triangles.
Rigid profiles equipped with magnets to precisely define the height of the concrete base. It’s a fast, clean solution for use in the workshop or on site. The magnetic triangles is easy to remove thanks to its bevelled edge, and its standard size is 1.25 meters. Classic shapes are trapezoid and triangle.
Magnetic blocks.
Compact blocks incorporating powerful magnets to secure formwork firmly to metal surfaces. They are ideal for holding elements in place while concrete is being poured. A standard range is available, comprising products in three different sizes, each with its own magnetic strength.
Reservations for electrical boxes.
These parts have a resin casing and are fastened by tapping. They are designed to be cast into connected concrete walls, and can be used to install all types of equipment.

Magnets manufacture
Magnets are manufactured from materials such as ferrite or neodymium, then machined and magnetized according to the technical requirements of each product.
Assembly
The magnet is then assembled with a metallic pole mass that concentrates and directs the magnetic field. Together, they guarantee optimum force of attraction and a better hold on the support.
Overmolding
The entire assembly is overmolded by casting in polyurethane (PU), a material resistant to shock, moisture and wear. This overmolding protects the magnet and facilitates integration of the part into formwork or reservation systems.
