Suction cups offer high specific force in a compact package. They offer excellent contact attraction, and their large diameter gives them good balancing stability. Each suction pad consists of a magnet (ferrite, neodymium, samarium-cobalt) housed in an anti-corrosion treated mild steel bell. This steel bell serves as both mechanical protection and external polar mass.
Lattam anti-slip can be attached to any metal surface. Their anti-slip coating enables them to work in shear, making them highly resistant to slipping. These parts avoid the need for drilling, making them easy to install and remove, without leaving scratches or marks on your surfaces.
Ferrite pot magnets.
The range of ferrite pot magnets is the most economical range of magnet solutions, but it is also the least powerful. They are very compact and can be used in high-temperature environments, up to 250°C.
Neodymium pot magnets.
The neodymium pot magnet range is the best power to size ratio compared to other products in this series. Its operating temperature can reach 80°C, and some models can be used up to 180°C.
Samarium-Cobalt pot magnets.
The samarium-cobalt range of pot magnets offers a particularly heat-resistant solution, with the same strength as neodymium suction pads. These suction pads can be used in environments up to 300°C.

The magnet pots with hook range make it easy to hang objects on smooth surfaces. They are practical, reusable and tool-free solutions that be easily set up within few seconds.

Manufacture of raw magnets
Magnets are produced from materials such as ferrite, neodymium or samarium-cobalt, depending on the desired performance.
Manufacture of shell / field plate / insert
The shell is designed to protect the magnet and facilitate its integration into various systems. The field plate, meanwhile, is an essential complementary element, designed to optimize the system’s attraction force. Last but not least, the insert is designed for mechanical fastening, depending on the type of support.
Process
Assembly – The magnets are inserted into the shell, then the whole assembly is precision-assembled to guarantee optimum magnetic strength and a reliable hold.
Overmolding – The whole assembly is then covered with a coating. For the anti-slip range, this overmolding protects surfaces, prevents unintentional slipping and prevents scratching.
